How does Payroll Support work?

We manage everything related to your payroll operations—commissions, 401(k)s, HSAs, benefits, taxes, and deductions. We make sure everything is accurate and compliant. Employees come to us when their checks are wrong or timecards need fixing. We work with your managers to ensure proper timekeeping and coordinate with your accountant or bookkeeper to keep everything running smoothly.









Do you run payroll for us?

We handle all the management and operations of your payroll, but we work through your payroll platform (like Gusto, ADP, etc.). We don’t provide the payroll software itself—we’re the people who make sure it all works correctly behind the scenes.







Can you help us get set up with a payroll company?

Yes! Setting up with a payroll provider is a huge lift—they require a ton of information and setup work. We can handle that entire process for you and make sure you’re set up correctly from day one.









Do we need to have a payroll system already?

No. We can help you choose and set up the right payroll platform for your business, or we can work with whatever system you’re currently using.








Who do employees contact about payroll issues?

Employees contact Zen Den directly with any payroll questions or concerns. From there, we either resolve the issue ourselves or reach out to the payroll company on the employee's behalf.
