How does Strategic HR Support work?

This is executive-level HR advisory for operators who have outgrown the basics. We sit alongside leadership to tackle the big-picture stuff: organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, retention strategy, and navigating complex people decisions that impact the whole business. Think of it as having a Chief People Officer in your corner without the full-time salary. We help you build the infrastructure and strategy so your people operations can actually scale with you. This tier is advisory-focused. If you also need us handling the hands-on operational work (investigations, PIPs, day-to-day HR), that's our Full Spectrum add-on..











How is this different from Fractional HR Support?

Fractional HR Support is hands-on—we’re in the weeds handling employee relations, hiring, onboarding, and daily HR tasks. Strategic HR Support is advisory—we work with owners and executives on high-level strategy and planning. It’s the difference between being your HR department and being your Chief People Officer.









Who is this for?

This is for companies that already have their day-to-day HR handled, whether that’s in-house staff, through us, or another provider but need strategic guidance on the big decisions. You’re scaling, restructuring, planning for growth, or just want someone with real experience to consult with before making major moves. It’s also for owners who prefer working at the executive level from the start. Maybe you have 20 employees, maybe you have 200—either way, you want Chief People Officer expertise, not just someone to handle employee issues. Do you handle employee issues?

Yes, we handle complex employee relations situations at this level. For example, if you have a long-term general manager with escalating performance or interpersonal issues, we step in to conduct mediations, build resolution plans, and manage the situation through to completion. This can be ongoing (several months) or scoped as a project depending on the situation.










Is this ongoing or project-based?

Either. Some clients keep us on retainer for ongoing advisory support. Others bring us in for specific strategic projects or decisions.
